Google I/O 2012 has begun with the announcement of the latest Android version, 4.1 aka Jelly Bean and the Nexus 7 tablet. Oh yes!! USB Audio, and Gapless audio playback are amongst the new features in 4.1, here is the complete list: http://is.gd/0fR5cf .Visually this is a minor update, but under the hood? Its really big, Google have also put quite an emphasis on devices connecting to each other via WiFi, NFC, USB and Bluetooth, these things are why Android smartphones are so superior to WP phones, Symbians, BBs and iPhones. Androids are so open to device-to-device pairing and sharing, and even app-to-app sharing. * +
