After its anouncement in the January 2012 CES, I have been locked to this phone. Pairing this with the Sony Smart Wireless Headset is an ultimate combination.I'm still thinking about getting Smart Watch too.Now I can put the MW600 to eternal sleep. Anyone with this phone please comment? * +

Wow, 6months later its released running Android2.3 
,interesting phone though, its got the largest screen out of all Sony's so i guess this is their flagship for 2012? Much better than Xperia S, it even has a card slot and larger battery. * +

Its a sweet phone...its Playstation Certified I can't wait to play the good old PS games on it (when I get it). An ICS upgrade will be available before the end of Q3 of 2012. * +

you can play PlayStation games on any Android device, provided you have a powerful enough device. That PlayStation phone cr*p is a niche, because there are hardly any PS games to download officially from Sony...you'll probably end up having to use FPse to emulate 99 percent of what you want anyway. Get a better device dude * +

@trollulz , thats right. all psx game are playable but only few at the store. Few of neverheard cr*ppy paid version that u can get free from any Rom site. * +

The Ion is a perfect device for now anyway. I'm not getting it for the gaming...I've the Vita for that. * +

nuqi, if the Xperia Ion is what you want then get it, for the price its got excellent features, i was just bothered by it still running 2.3, but Sony seem committed to their line-up. The only Sony i would avoid is the Xperia S and even it is very good. * +
