if you have wifi version it may not show and have to go through black market root by using aptoide or search and download via google. you will need a number so get a phone with another simcard number and use that.i had to do that to get viber * +

i told you how to do it. its possible, just get a pay and go sim card, put it in a phone, then input that number when asked and it will send code to number inputted, get code off phone and input in tab. then bin sim card out of phone or do what ever with it * +
