I am SHOCKED at some of the basics WP is missing, many of them are things you wont test in store but will sadly discover that they arent there as they use their WP 
WP are not smartphones, not at this point, there are feature phones that are smarter, the SE ones come to mind e.g. Aino and W995. * +

Before people run in here saying its just 2years old and that Android was the same, you'd be wrong. Android had the basics from version 1, by 1.5(released mid 2009, LESS than a year after the 1st droid) it was passing iOS and getting to Symbian in terms of features. * +
