I have that prob aswell, reset doesn't work, I can't download any market app, but if I use wifi it works perfectly * +

Go to Settings -More -Mobile Networks -Access Point Names -Go to your selected access point and in there go to Proxy and remove whats written there, then Save, your phone will lose data connection for a few seconds then get it back, should solve your problems. * +
