Go to Settings -More -Mobile Networks -Access Point Names -Go to your selected access point and in there go to Proxy and remove whats written there, then Save, your phone will lose data connection for a few seconds then get it back, should solve your problems.

Thanx a lot, works, and I gave up googling the error codes I received, as none of the solutions worked * +

ive notice from i updated my gs2 to ver 4 i cant install some of my apps , even my market app not working help pls

If u mean isc upgrade some apps has not update to isc yet so some will n some won't.if u look closely at some of the last update notes on most app it will say update for ics *
