theres an app for xda on the market. if you google what youre looking for tho and add xda into the search terms you can usually find what you need. ill try and put a guide to flashing roms on here when i get chance as its not too hard to do and it should be the same on most android phones * +

one of the important things tho is to always back up your current rom, if anything goes wrong you can always restore the backup * +
