Got notification of system update so downloaded, (283mb) and installed.....not impressed. Started out mildly irritated that theyve removed GPS on/off from 'quick settings' for no discernable reason plus about with how bookmarks looks and changed other stuff that looked better before etc. There was no mention that this update would completely wipe all files, music photos etc off my phone either. Surely an official update like this should warn you to back up files first? *

only by coincidence did i back up files on laptop earlier in the week. And now final insult Sky go says 'device no longer compatable when i go to watch football! *

what phone are you using that you got an update for? i use a samsung gs2 and when i updated my firmware i got a clear message telling me to back up my files before going through with it. give the people who developed the sky go app a little time to update it, loads of apps on google play are going through a similar transition for ics compatibility *

its a sensation xe baggy, definatly was no warning else wouldnt have updated. Hav heard somewhere that unbranded handsets.get update straight from manufacturer as was mine,where as contract phones get through s.p which is maybe clearer? Good news about sky btw as would genuinely miss that *
