Has anyone water damaged a touch screen phone? It's a lg optimus Will it dry out I just switched it on and there's quite abit off water under the screen :-( so turned it off I dropped it in a bucket off water yesterday and straight away pulled the battery before it fried will it dry out? Or is it time to buy a new one? * +

try drying it out for a few days under room temp. you did the right thing pulling the battery straight away. worth a try * +

Or you could try putting it in rice, people swear that works, idk ive never had to try it though. * +
