You dont have to download an apk guys, just go to Settings -Applications -Market -Clear data, and then launch Market, it will update, i just did it now. * +

just opened market said it was upgrading to google play came up with the agreement box market has now gone replaced by play books and play shop * +

My market icon died - it said 'app not installed' didn't take long for me to find it had installed the Google Play icon somewhere else * +
