I had recently downloaded a video file to my 2 GB SD card on HTC wildfire phone, but thing is my phone seemed to stop reading my card, and constantly gives me an error 'Mounted read only- anybody has any clue what I should do? * +

hook it up to a pc and remove the offending file, hopefully that should clear the probably up but if you ask me it sounds like the card needs a format * +

unmount the memory card worked for me on n900 when i got a read only error. * +

check the points as well on sd and phone, may need cleaning * +

taking it out should fix it, if not then a scan and fix will. *
