The Ray is much better: its got a high density display (3.3inch with 854x480 res) so it looks amazing, apps look and work better with the high res display, has a larger Battery, Better Camera, and better build quality not to mention it looks better. Ray is basicaly an Xperia Arc with a smaller screen, thats all. *
