It's a good point fluidz, because provided you got a taxi there, and kept your phone in your jeans pocket rather than your jacket, you'd be ok, BUT.. will you be able to get a taxi back, might you start walking a little way, then: 'Yo! Give us your mobile man, or we'll cut ya!' * +

Yeah i thought the topic may raise some interest. Many times ive kicked myself for taking an expensive phone out with me, then gone on to damaging it or losing it to regret it the next day. If anybody does end up losing their phone there is still hope yet.. Open your account from Android market, using any web browser, search for Plan B. * +

I lost my mobile phone during a new year party in GOA years back. I was so drunk that I came to know about it next day only That was a nokia 3530 with color screen, polyphonic ringtones, translucent blue covers , the whole phone would lightup when we receive a call..came with games like sky diver, bowling, bugs off etc. was a gr8 phone * +

Lol, ive had sum seriously wild nights, waking up in places i dnt know but never lost my phones, up until now i am actualy considering leaving my GS2 at my mate's b4 we go out, its not even 2weeks old lol ,althou on new years 2009-2010 i took my week old 5800 with me, got wastd and it remained unharmed. * +

That was my first year in engineering in bangalore. i went to goa with few of my close friends on 24 of december for a whole week. till now i dont remember a full week only the photos we took are the evidences that we were there. Those days phones were so expensive and network coverage was only limited to cities and small towns. I upgraded from a 8910 to that phone. Good old days.. * +
