Google for you now they have said they putting ICS on hold for the Nexus S OTA see the feed back they get off people who all ready got it over the bugs and problems with it doing to there phone. * +

Android4.0.3 cnt arrive soon enough, seems .1 and .2 are still very buggy. * +
