Just manually updated my nexus s to android 4.0.3 and it's sweet update well better then Gingerbread it's running fast and no lag at all you get the Slide unlock but not the Face unlock option. After you got ICS on it fully reset the phone make it run lot more better *

As well the update is been rolled out OTA take few weeks get it were ever you live. The manually update and the OTA updates are not for the CDMA version of this phone *
