i have galaxy fit ,, i have flash cwm ,,and i m using creeds rom 1.5 ,,but i m not satiesfied with battery backup,,and want go back gingerbread 2.3.4 ,, plz experts suggest me how to flash now ??? thanks * +

Let me just get this, you loaded a custom ROM without even considering to 1st check how you would bring your phone bk to stock if you didnt like that ROM? 
LEGEND! I'd also suggest checking XDA in the forum that covers your phone, there should be a guide there to restore * +

Yes i have flash custom rom without thinking what will happend..coz i had options like cyanogen and creeds ...and so many peoples replied there in xda that thay have installed ...so blindly i flashed @polo ,, * +

on my htc hero when I had it, I just updated from 2.2 custom fw to 2.1 stock, each time I didn't like a rom, I just ran the 2.1 htc update and that sorted my phone * +
