im using san Francisco phone which uses which is an android phone but im failing to download videos from the net my camera does not save image plz help what should i do *

Perhaps with regard to video downloading you're trying to download a format that isn't supported by the default player (.avi for instance) but there are third-party players you can download which will play such formats. Your camera not saving images though sounds more serious, and you may have to look at doing a factory reset. *

'settings/sd and phone storage/personal data/ factory data reset' and if that doesn't resolve your problem with images not being saved from the camera you should return it to the shop if it's still under guarantee. *
