Nexus S by far. Newer chip, better GPU, better and bigger display and better Camera, not to mention chances of Nexus S getting ICS are much better. * +

my wife has a xperia arcs, she hates it, heck even I hate it lol, it's slow and very unresponsive.... takes ages to load up and also when u open a app, then exit the app, it will take upto 10 seconds for the main menu to appear, is nexus s better than xperia arc? * +

Thats odd sir kas, it must be faulty, the Xperia Arc has been rated even by TechRadar as the 2nd best Android after the GS2, and is as fast as some of the current dual-cores. I'd suggest loading LauncherPro on your wifes Arc S, that should speed it up. Nexus S should be fast. * +
