Looks like Nokia are trying too hard to copy Android, but havent done it properly, it looks like a cheap rip off of Android 
it certainly wont be able to compete with Android ICS which will be far better with GUI HW Acceleration, dual-core CPUs and 1280x720p displays. * +

yeah looks way too much like android. nice try nokia but its too late now, way too stingy with the specs they have almost no chance. should of brought n8 out after n95. thats how behind they are. * +

I like the fact how Belle runs smooth even on 680 mhz processors, especially when I see 1 ghz androids struggling to keep up with the UI. I'll get a Belle device if it sports an N8 like camera. * +

ive never seen an android struggle 
except when i ran in off my mmc on n900 at 700mhz. tell you what does struggle is n8, in every way. the hdmi out is unusable for me, it struggles to play a 700mb avi let alone a 720p one. pointless feature. thing is my ps3 wont play copied avi's now there has been a security update so im stuck with n8 as my avi player. very dissapointed in n8s prosessing power :-( im sure belle will make it even worse. * +

the ui on n8 is sluggish full stop. you know what it reminds me of... the s60 days slow and unresponcive. these are not things we have to put up with now we have android, ios and wp7. * +
