atorrent or ttorrent would let you download torrents on your tab, as for synching your ipod that i havent got a clue about * +

For syncing ipod or iphone in a legal and proper way you need itunes to be installed on the device. As far as I know there isn't an official software for tab to do so. There may be a workaround but I bet that need jailbreaking * +
