I know this is going to be a stupid question, but is there such an app that can listen in on a foreign language and play it back translated into English and if not why not lol *

reason why i ask is im jixed into sitting on a bus etc and someone always sits by me yacking away is some unknown dialect , be a right laugh to play it back at them translated *
