Received it for a review. Its running froyo out of the box and the stupid thing doesnt have FOTA. So I installed LG updater on pc. But its showing on gingerbread update for India. Is there any way I can upgrade to 2.3? * +

Ye,would recommend giving XDA devs a visit, should be some sort guide to change the region number and get 2.3 update. How is it so far? I heard LG have a lawsuit against them in the USA due to the 2X havingmajor heat up, power and stability issues. * +

Yeah it heats up, not advisable to keep it in trousers if you've apps running in background. * +
