if its present it will be there in your call settings. go to settings - call - call rejection. if that option isnot there download a blacklist. to block non saved numbers either you can use the reject unknown number facility in blacklist ( but all the numbers thats not in your contacts will be rejected) or you can add that number manually to your reject list. * +
