The galaxy s plus is very new, I wouldnt be at all surprised if it wasnt much cheaper than the S2 to be honest. Galaxy S Maybe your best option. * +

Galaxy Ace and Gio looks like cr*p compared to the 'S' range, the SE Arc and HTC looks decent enough. * +
