I was reading earlier how a tribe dipped their arrow heads in human poo to infect anybody injured by them

So,with that in mind couldn't we use poo in war on a bigger scale? Huge diarrhoea bombs dropped on a city would have a devastating effect. Buildings covered in it..nobody could leave their homes..all kinds of diseases running wild. Etc * +
