I've been on this site for many years. I've noticed that different perceived rules apply here...l was called rude yesterday for sending a bud request. This is a chat site. Buddy requests are one of the prime tools of communication here. I've looked at many profiles who have statements of the ilk. With a general statement saying don't contact me..meaning anyone...l realise people can do and say anything they want. But l thought this was a chat site?? * +

some people do their chatting in the chat rooms or here in forums. it's not rude to bud them unless they have clearly asked that you don't. * +

I did call you rude for making the assumption that I would accept your very random bud request. Considering we have never spoken before, no inbox to say hi can we be buds. Therefore it was rejected. Its peoples personal preference whether they accept random buds or not, my profile says do not bud. Would have thought that was a tell tale sign I dont want buds. * +
