lying is a human concept. ChatGPT does and can give misleading/wrong information, it can not knowingly lie on purpose. On the opening page for chatgpt it states that the bot can sometime give wrong info but after you have trained it, it learns that it was wrong and corrects it's self for future prompts. The more times users tell it that its wrong the more it learns not to be wrong in future. *
