So Evidently this guy 21 now but 17 at the time r*ped a 13 year old girl multiple times. Found guilty. Not sent to jail, allowed to walk free. Ordered to serve 270 hours which I would guess is community service. Supposedly the judge followed SNP custodial guidelines. Absurd * +
