His South African citizenship was revoked back in 2017, so i'm not sure why they'd want or indeed allow him to stay. Perhaps Poland don't want him back.

Would they have a choice? SA have said that he would serve his parole there and wont be sent back * +

The thing about murder... Well, they're not gonna murder that person again, are they..? I mean, i'm not saying a shoplifter, tax dodger, or whatever should get more. but.. they're more likely to reoffend. What threat is this guy? What threat has he been for the last 30yrs..? Compared to the threat against him - literally his life, potentially regularly.. * +

The pro-apartheid guy who was actually sentenced to death and is only alive because SA abolished the death penalty before they got around to executing him and all their remaining death row inmates had their sentences commuted to life imprisonment.

NB. Ironically, I don't support the death penalty but i'm willing to bet that most of this guy's far right supporters do. * +
