I don't recall ever been robbed thankfully. When I was a kid someone attempted to burgle our home but my brother came home as they was about to get in around the back. I hope you're ok trunky what happened? * +

I had a bicycle knicked from my garden shed once. I never saw the bike again but when some scummy little scr0tes pinched my car from outside a mate's flat in Hull I got it back the next day after the police found it abandoned in a cinema car park. * +

i took someone's pack of smokes from the top of their mailbox. I was the paper boy back then. One of the many ''mistakes'' i made on the job. I regret them all though. sad * +

@alanball,
My dad got someone to check a broken shower and my wallet was on the table. Few hours later I noticed I was short of 200 bucks. We haven't heard from guy again and police are useless here. I learnt my lesson to never leave my belongings or money out in the open even in my own home.

You pay for your own stupidity. Why didn't you restrict access and search every worker before they left your premises? It's a pretty standard policy in this country, you don't live a soft country like the UK, you should know better. * +

Had a mountain bike nicked from the city centre, once. I share fault for using a cable lock, i mean that's pretty much giving them permission.

Had speakers nicked out a car, in another town. I'm pretty sure they left the parcel shelf. They were pretty-well screwed in. Seems odd, but that's the '90s for ya. * +
