If someone is wearing a tee shirt or a badge that says something offensive e.g. 'Tories Are C*ts' here in the UK can you be arrested for it?
Are swear words allowed to be seen in public?
Can they be worn on clothing legally? * +

I can remember a bloke got arrested in the late 80s early 90s for wearing an Inspiral Carpets T-shirt. think that was the F word but not even directed at anyone. something like cool as fuck!

probably got as much to do with the mood of the copper who sees you on the day. * +
