I cant remember the last time Ive had a cold.. ooohhh myyyy gggggod. Do people still get colds? Ugh. I think colds are so gross.
Its been sooo hot that any transition from home and outside is drastic. Apparently my bodys not tolerating it this summer.
Then Ive been sleeping with my ac on blast which is nice til I wake up coughing in the middle of the night. (Dislike)
Im over it already. Any home remedies that you use that actually works? Ill give it a go. I swear. I just cannot have a full blown cold. Ew. * +

Try a few pints of Cider. Turn the air conditioning off and snort an 8th or so. * +

I didn't know AC systems were so involved, some have UV bulbs to sterilise the air and stop them from becoming breeding grounds.
over here hospital outbreaks of legionares disease (sp) were traced back to dirty AC ducts.
maybe your AC has made you I'll ?

Didnt think of this, while this could be an issue- Ive only been using this unit less than a month so I doubt it has any build up of anything bad yet. Im not really a fan of it.
