Based on Kipling's very recent post, is it true that some courses prohibit first aid workers from treating the general public? Kipling being the passionate man that he is, blatantly and adamantly refused such a requirement.
So how is policy allowed to push brave people such as this man away from being able to help the needy? We need answers from the state. * +

I will give aid to anybody who has signed the required paperwork. * +

Wait.. A sec, I'm sh*tting my pants, gasping for air, coughing out bile, can you take these non verbal cues instead as signs of acknowledgement that you are excluded from any future liability?
I hope my thoughts are being transmitted to you efficiently enough * +

Not at all.
You should have signed my forms before your situation.
We can't enter into an agreement while you're in such a state. * +

Put it another way, would anybody want to get the kiss of life from kipling? * +

maybe death is just a better option than being open mouth kissed by Kipling. I know I would chose death. * +
