Apparently A Florida man just recently thought so and was arrested for calling 911 twice just to obtain a ride back to his home, according to the authorities.

As stated in a criminal complaint, the 22-year-old Matthew Leatham, who had tattooed Florida on his forehead, called 911 after 4 a.m. and demanded for a ride back to his home in New Port Richey suburb of Tampa.

no. police aren't taxis.... if you going to get washed then it's your responsibility to see to safe transport for yourself. fu*k my tax paying for some drunk sod being chauffeured around while someone is being r*ped because no vans are available *
