if the tweet allows him to be classified as a 'sh*t c*nt' i'm cool with him being arrested and slightly beaten.
enough that he feels it for a few days.
not so much that he can't slowly walk home.
batons no more than 8 inches up the anus etc.
i don't think there should be any prosecution from it though.

Yes, but here's the thing, how do we know 8 inches baton up the as s is the right number?
What if some people need it much deeper than 8? 9, 12, even 15?
You say it's just a tweet and that slight beating is enough, but will a slight beating really be enough to teach these people never to chat sh*t or they would be severely punished?
There's a reason why Saudi Arabia has low theft rates; there's a chance that your limb can be chopped right off by the state.
