wasnt the industrial revolution just a series of un noticed events that when joined together, is known as the industrial revolution ? i mean if you were a farmer then i hardly think that the invention of the spinny jenny or loom would be high up in your thoughts. Things would only start getting real for farmers when the 1st tractor appeared. IMHO it was the invention of penecillin/anti biotics that did more to shape modern history, and right now today its the covid vaccines that are shaping our future, like it or not * +

The funny thing is that it took so long for it to actually be used as an antibiotic. He originally created it to isolate the pneumo.c.occus bacteria so it could be studied properly. * +
