I dont have kids so it's easy for me to say,i realise,that i would rather the schools stayed closed for as long as possible.as adults we are on essential journeys only and not allowed to congregate in the street etc,i think this would make sense for the whole population for a while longer.we have been urged to use public transport as little as possible but this isnt feasible for kids being expected to go to school * +

Yes that makes sense, I understand that parents trying to manage their work life under these circumstances must be feeling the pressure more than ever, for that reason it's important that we accept some things are to be done out of necessity.. if we're genuinely seeking a way forward then it will be sensible for groups to be screened and cleared, and then from that all their activities are permitted on the basis of a sterile unit.. it can be the same for those who test positive without symptoms they just make progress within their unit.. * +

For example, all families of one school are tested and 99 percent are virus free, they are assigned their own bus transport, who's driver has tested negative also, only permitted individuals have contact with that bus and all connected to it become the unit, going on to the school, the classroom, the teacher, all becoming that same unit that follows the same procedures daily.. * +

Parents and their workplaces follow the same procedure and accept a routine system that can assist in detection and prevention.. we can do these things as a way to make progress and keep things running, I believe me sunak will find some way to cover those who are honest enough to raise their own flag and stay home, in the case they have a positive test or need to self isolate themselves.. * +

I will use this topic to say the issue of EU vaccine shortages does not require contention, personally I don't have a problem with making certain everyone has the right protection and if there's a balance sheet then it can be resolved as time progresses.. I hope it's resolved in a prompt manner for the benefit of everyone.. *
