Today a friend had an audition to become a host, I think she passed it. Been like a pet project of mine to see if I can introduce someone to the app and get them in as a host. You become a host, you get a paycheck for streaming. Basically you have targets to meet.. you stream 30 hours in a month. Done, regular paycheck. * +

No boobies. They are strict with the rules they have for content there.

Sure, my Canadian friend was doing hot tub livestreams.. which is a legit thing. But you get people reporting you, haters etc. Then you get a ban, regardless of if you have broken the rules or not. * +

I saw someone doing an art livestream early this morning. She was drawing some anime fox person, which was pretty cool. There are all kinds of streams, you're only limited by your imagination (and the rules, of course). She wasn't even a host and she was way up in the heat list for most of the time. * +

But for my friend nyrican, it's literally life changing becoming a host. In NY right now the shutdown has changed things immensely. She gets a paycheck this way, she can move out of where she is.. maybe improve things a bit for her. That's what I really wanted to do, help someone prosper. I'm excited about that, if I can help her then I can help others. *
