I assume he is dead... I kinda find it hard to accept the fact that the Zodiac Killer hasn't outed himself. He seemed to get off on the publicity and it's hard to believe that he wouldn't want to let the world know who he was and how he was able to outsmart so many people. Who knows though maybe he is still out there and is just waiting for the right time. * +

by the way pointing towards your post; this is actually INSANELY cool news. I think part of the reason why it took so long to crack the codes was because he was genuinely a terrible speller, I figured part of the issue was misspelled words. * +
