Probably. Wasn't there two people who'd been cured of it recently or was that fake? * +

If you take medication it's pretty much undetectable and has a very low risk of being transmitted. I don't think there's that much of a stigma over here anymore * +

I've heard of patients taking the tail of drugs going HIV negative again, seemed legit to me.
it's not a cheap treatment if you have buy it, lots don't even have the chance of taking it. * +

I read the first person was 'cured' after having a stem cell transplant to treat his lymphoma, so not exactly a cure. He died few months ago as well (hmm) * +

The cat shown in my profile is a positive sign for genetic breakthrough in making immune systems strong in defence against disease.. by changing some DNA genes the hair reacts to UV light, and so it's thought immunity can also be altered in generations to come.. * +

scientists inserted a version of the GFP gene along with a gene from the rhesus macaque that blocks the feline immunodeficiency virus (FIV)the virus that causes feline AIDSinto the unfertilized eggs of a cat. After those eggs were fertilized, they produced kitties that glowed green, showing that they also had the anti-FIV gene. Even better, subsequent generations of cats also glowed and had the anti-FIV gene. * +
