We are no longer in a lockdown. Everything is operating as per usual, including most businesses and key locations. Mask wearing is mandatory though, and any and all business are required to make you comply with the regulations. You can be refused service for not wearing one. Legal actions can obviously be taken too.

Social gathering of more than 5 is also prohibited.
Schools are generally open although lots of measurements are in place.

If I had to put it in a tier system, I'd say we are at tier 2. * +

Tier 1 but even in tier 3 you can still go to any shop and get a haircut,everybody should be in tier 2 to stop household mixing and the xmas relaxation is just a joke. * +
