So I get today out of the way and I'm then off for 4 weeks until I start my new job, thought I'd take the time off to relax and go abroad but doubt thats going to happen now due to travel being made difficult because of covid 19 so I'm going to do a UK tour, anyone have any ideas of what to do in the UK apart from the south coast and pubs? Im going to be working in central London when I start my new job so I'm not bothered about going there on my time off either . * +

I'd use up some of that freedom of movement while we still have it. can't think of anywhere here that's all that apart from the history of places.
2 weeks in relatively safe locations in Europe, nice buffer window in case you are told to isolate upon return (which you mostly are already). * +

theres lots of nice places to visit in the uk, some of the country side round the yorkshire dales is beautiful, lake district, scotland etc all got some banging country views . Plenty of scenic views to be had up by berwick on tweed, and also on the other coast round the solway firth. Some nice places round kent way, ramsgate is a pretty cool place. * +

We've just sacked someone because he went to Romania.
I've toured Britain, but only really in a car just for the drive. I've taken a mountain bike out to various locations too, camping by towns. * +
