So there's a major backlog in the justice system. MPs are looking at omitting jurys from a percentage of hearings, to save time.

How is the backlog the people's problem? Why should people give up representation and a fair hearing by the public?

The police are minted. More billions go into scrutinizing and arresting people, yet they're being failed by the justice system...

Well perhaps the authorities should pull their socks up and find solutions that don't include putting more innocent people inside.
