Would you consider time a friend or a foe? For instance at this moment in time are you in your full form, or has time taken a toll on you and you've seen better days...Time is the most valuable commodity in existence and a focus on it would elaborate past, present and future occurrences that could be vital in so many ways...but are we conscious of it all? * +
