On topic. I use black bin bags for my rubbish to go in the wheely bin. I used to get it cleaned but I just jet wash it now when I do the driveway.

Well this is set to change.
Despite our town going downhill considerably under our very long term Labour council, they continue to get voted back in every local election.
This could change, now they're promising FOUR wheelie bins for every household. The town is gonna look a right mess.

We have 4 wheelie bins here , food waste/garden waste , card/papee, glass/tin and domestic basically the stuff u cant recycle or compost, doesnt look a mess * +

But yeah i pay 72 every about 10months to get them all cleaned every 3 weeks, nothin worse than a stinkin bin, used do it myself but couldnt be arsed anymore * +

We have 3 bins. A black, brown and green. None of our bins get washed. I just occasionally put copious amounts of thick bleach around the top once emptied and on the inside of the lids. The bins look alnost as clean as the ones that get powerwashed, plus they smell nice too.
