I think a bit of time away from your phone does you good. I barely looked at mine while we was away. Except to ring the kids when I lost them

Sometimes i dont log in for ages anyway i dont have the apps or anything and i dont have anythin to log in for cause anyone i speak to on there i see in real life anyway * +

I've started leaving my phone at home when I'm out , even when I just go into town shopping and stuff ...its amazing how indignant people get when you're like out of touch for an hour ....I don't think I would want to do it for a month though

fk them. .. I see it as my phone is for my convenience and no one else's... when I am busy I will check who's is calling and messaging and then reply or wait til later... my sound is always on tho.. *
