I get what you mean.. one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter... I personally don't hold with torture let alone the death penalty...
But those guys have chosen their theatre of war , they are stripped of their British citizenship so let them deal with the consequences thereof...
and those lawyers better not be getting legal aid of any description... *
