Yes. I've been obsessing over living at the coast for many years. Now I'm actually content where I am. There's no money at the coast. J'oburg is where it's at.
Most major cities are situated at the coast or on/near a navigable river. Johannesburg is the exception. It's the largest city/urban area entirely situated away from any major body of water. * +
