Even in the days when the thinner plastic bags were given for free nobody threw them away. They were always used for other things. Some smaller shops still give you free plastic bags with your purchase here anyway. * +

I work in click n collect for online groceries, once in a while when people pick their groceries up they kick off if its not bagged even tho they didnt pay the 30p bag charge.

I thought i was gonna get murdered over bags a few month back lol.

these are fair and valid points tho...

we pay for the bags here too and I am more than fine with that.. but i have had bags break in the car or even before the car and that annoys me... I reuse the bags for my inside trash can but have to throw more than half the bags away every trip...

and supermarkets should be leading by example. * +

thats why they sell the bag for life ones ,

their fkin idiots probbably the same type c*nts who go-to the trouble of bagging their dogs turds up only to throw them on the floor , in trees , attach to fences, etc etc etc

they should be fined 10 times more that the lazy bast*rds who dont even bother cleaning up the dog turds.
