The proliferation of fast food outlets is partly to blame.
A burger or some chicken to some is a little fix,a quick and easy hit of happiness. Lack of education too.
Lack of exercise also. * +

I get that ...but these are western problems in general...our obesity levels have rose by 92pc over the last twenty years ...that's faster than anyone else * +
